We recognize that many people experience mental health issues. You do not need to feel ashamed about it. It just means you are needing some help to overcome your problem. The best thing you can do to help yourself is to ASK for help. Asking for help is the first step to show that you are strong.

CMHA offers many drop in classes, zoom counselling and mental health counsellors in a group settings or as individuals. They treat everyone's story with high confidentiality.
